Yogurt Banana Pops

Yogurt banana pops are a creamy, gut-healthy alternative to chocolate that freeze into a delicious treat. Using thick Greek yogurt or thick plant-based yogurt works best ensuring a thick coating that grips the banana perfectly. Regular thin yogurt will drip off.

Best Flavor Combinations:

Strawberry Shortcake: Dip bananas in strawberry Greek yogurt and roll in crushed graham crackers.

Tropical Crunch: Dip bananas in vanilla or coconut yogurt and roll in toasted shredded coconut and macadamia nuts.

Berry Blast: Dip in strawberry or blueberry yogurt and press fresh blueberries or raspberries onto the sides.

Honey Nut: Dip in honey or vanilla Greek yogurt and roll in chopped or sliced almonds and/or chopped walnuts.

You Will Need:

Banana
Popsicle Stick
Greek Yogurt
Toppings Such As: Nuts, Graham Crackers, Berries, Shredded Coconut, and Honey
Baking Sheet
Parchment Paper

What to Do:

1. Prep the base: Peel bananas. Use whole banana or cut them in half lengthwise.

2. Insert sticks: Push a wooden popsicle stick into each piece.

3. Dip and coat: Roll each banana half in flavored or plain Greek yogurt until fully covered. Use a spoon to smooth it out.

4. Add toppings: Immediately roll the coated banana in toppings like granola, berries, or sprinkles while the yogurt is wet.

5. Final freeze: Place the finished pops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for at least 2 hours until the yogurt layer is completely solid.
