This is an easy, healthy, and fun Halloween snack or lunch to make for your Nanny Kids. My Nanny Kids just love these super cute Jack-O-Lantern Quesadillas. You can add shredded chicken or veggies to these quesadillas as well.
You Will Need:
6 flour tortillas
2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, jack, or pepper jack)
Salsa
Guacamole
What to Do:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray and set aside. Use a serrated knife or veggie cutters to carve desired face or design on 3 of the tortillas.
3. Place the remaining 3 tortillas in a single layer on the baking sheet.
4. Sprinkle cheese over each one then place the carved tortillas on top of each. Spray with more cooking spray.
5. Bake for about 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden.
6. Serve with salsa and guacamole.
