Banana Split Breakfast

This is a healthy, quick, and easy breakfast for the kids anytime of the year. Using plain or vanilla Greek yogurt and blueberries and raspberries also makes it a patriotic breakfast for Memorial Day weekend as well.

You Will Need:

Banana
1/2 Cup to 1 Cup Plain or Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/4 Cup to 1/2 Cup Blueberries and Raspberries
Sprinkle of Grape Nuts, Granola, or Nuts

What to Do:

1. Peel a banana. Cut off a bit of banana from curved bottom so it will stand on the dish.

2. Add 1/2 to 1 cup of plain or vanilla Greek yogurt.

3. Sprinkle berries on top of the yogurt and add more to the dish.

4. Sprinkle with Grape Nuts, granola, or nuts.
