
I found this easy baked chicken recipe on the fitdiary.net web site. Its a delicious, quick dinner recipe that is healthy and flavorful. The children I care for really enjoy this recipe.
You Will Need:
10 Chicken Drumsticks
1 Medium Onion, Sliced
2 Garlic Cloves, Peeled and Crushed
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
What to Do:
1. Place the chicken in a large bowl. Add the sliced onion, crushed garlic cloves, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, and season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Combine well.
2. Optional: cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes or up to overnight.
3. Preheat the oven to 400˚F.
4. Place the chicken with the onions, garlic, and remaining sauce into a baking dish and bake for about 30-35 min.
5. Serve warm and enjoy!
