If you care for a finicky eater this may be one of the best recipes to try to serve the child because it tastes great. This is my Nanny Kid’s new favorite chicken dinner and lunch. It’s so easy and quick to make. The child asked me to share with my readers that the reason this chicken recipe is so good is because it’s sweet, moist, and tender.
You Will Need:
1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup Progresso™ plain panko crispy bread crumbs
1 package (14 oz) uncooked chicken tenders (not breaded)
1/4 cup honey
What to Do:
1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray.
2. In medium bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, and salt. In large resealable food-storage plastic bag, place bread crumbs. Dip chicken into brown sugar mixture. Place in bread crumb bag; seal and shake to coat.
3. Place chicken on cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, until chicken is no longer pink in center and bread crumbs are golden brown. Serve with honey.
