Sidewalk Chalk Obstacle Courses

My Nanny Family has been staying at their home during the pandemic but I still try to get the children outside to get fresh air and exercise daily.

This week I made a sidewalk chalk obstacle course for one of my Nanny Kids in her driveway and she said it was tons of fun. We used a stop watch to see how fast she could complete the course. She broke a sweat and asked if we can do a different one everyday.

You Will Need:

Sidewalk Chalk
Jump Rope and Other Exercise Equipment
Stand-Up Sidewalk Chalk Holder
Scooter and Helmet (optional)

What to Do:

1. Clean all the exercise equipment with a disinfectant wipe.

2. Use sidwalk chalk to create an obstacle course for your Nanny Kids. Include hop scotch, jumping jacks, jump ropes, skipping, hopping, and any other exercises they enjoy to do to break a sweat.

3. Have child was her hands after playing and clean the exercise equipment with disinfectant wipe before putting it away.
