My Nanny Kids love to cook. The youngest can’t read yet and loves, “Look and Cook Snacks: A First Book of Recipes in Pictures” by Valorie Fisher to follow visual instructions with pictures rather than reading words. This week we made the Wrap and Roll recipe wrapping ham and cheese in crescent rolls.
You Will Need:
Baking Sheet
Parchment Paper
1 Can Roll-Out Crescent Rolls
Mustard
4 Slices Ham
4 Cheddar Cheese Slices (or Shredded Cheddar Cheese)

What to Do:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Put parchment paper on a baking sheet.
3. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles on the parchment paper lined baking sheet.
4. Place slices of ham on each triangle; place 2 cheese strips down center of ham (we used shredded cheese).
5. Roll up each crescent roll, starting at wide end, ending at triangle tip.
6. Place rolls, tips down, on an ungreased cookie sheet.
7. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 15 to 19 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet immediately; serve warm.
