Fruit Kabobs

The little ones in your care will love making fruit kabobs. Just clean and cut up the kids’ favorite fruits and have them put them on skewers for a refreshing summer snack on a stick. 

You Will Need: 

Strawberries, Hulled 
Cantaloupe or Honeydew Melon, Chunks  
Pineapple, Chunks
Kiwi, Pieces
Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries
Bamboo Skewers 

What to Do:

  1. Wash the berries. 
  2. Hull the strawberries.
  3. Cut the fruit that is not already small into 1-inch, or bite-size, chunks.
  4. Skewer the fruit in any pattern the children enjoy.
