Pistachio Loaves

This is super easy recipe I found at the My Recipe Magic web site. It makes two loaves. I sprinkled a few pistachios on the top of the loaves, but the nuts are heavy so just sprinkle a few on top. If you add too many pistachios on top of the mixture it will keep the loaves from rising properly.

You Will Need:

1 Box White Cake Mix

1 3.4 Oz Box Pistachio Pudding

1/4 Cup White Sugar

1/2 Cup Oil

1/2 Cup Cold Water

1 Cup Sour Cream

4 Eggs

1/2 Cup Chopped Pistachios (optional)

What to Do:

1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Grease and flour two 8×4 loaf pans or one 9×5 loaf pan.

3. Mix all ingredients until well-blended.

4. Pour into pans. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into middle of the cake comes out dry.
