Honey-Lime Brussels Sprouts

My former Nanny Kid harvests Javelin Bee Products honey. I tried using his delicious local honey on Brussels Sprouts and it turned out great. I jump-started cooking these veggies with a preheated baking sheet to get the Brussels Sprouts toasted quickly. You can buy Javelin Bee Products honey exclusively at Rabbit Rabbit at 42 Fairfield St Montclair NJ. You Will Need:

2 Pounds Brussels Sprouts, Trimmed and Halved
2 Tablespoons Peanut Oil
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Cup Javelin Bee Products Honey
2 Teaspoons Lime Juice
1 Tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds

What to Do:

1. Preheat oven to 450 F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and put in the oven to heat.

2. Toss Brussels Sprouts with oil and salt in a medium sized bowl.

3. Remove the baking sheet and spread the veggies evenly on the baking sheet. Roast until browned and tender about 10 to 15 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, whisk the honey and lime juice in a bowl.

5. Drizzle the Brussels Sprouts with the honey mixture and continue roasting for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds prior to serving.
