This is a super easy main dish to make for dinner with kids. The kids will enjoy shaking the chicken in a resealable bag to coat the thighs. If your charges like a little kick to their chicken be sure to add the paprika, chili powder, curry powder, and pepper. If they don’t like spicy food, don’t add the paprika, chili, curry, and pepper to the coating before baking.
You Will Need:
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
8 bone-in chicken thighs (about 3 pounds), skin removed or not whichever the family prefers
What to Do:
1. Let the kids help you gather and measure the ingredients. In a large resealable plastic bag, have them combine the first seven ingredients. Add chicken, a few pieces at a time, and let the kids shake the bag to coat the chicken.
2. Place coated chicken pieces on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 15-20 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 180°.
