— Justify productivity and efficacy of Medicare providers.

Medicaid This Year:
— Cover childless adults and family planning services through state programs.
— Adjust rebate percentage for brand name drugs.
— Provide CHIP services for eligible children of state employees.

Prescription Drugs This Year:
— Accelerate approval of generic biologic drugs

Quality of Care This Year:
— Compare efficacy of different protocols.
— Prepare for national emergencies.
