Mango Slush

This mango slush is a simple, cool, and refreshing way to stay hydrated with children this summer. With zero added sugar, it’s a healthy drink the whole family can enjoy found on the nutrition to fit web site.

You Will Need:

2 cups mango (fresh or frozen)
1 cup ice
1 tbsp lime juice (optional)

What to Do:

  1. Add ingredients to a blender and blend 1-2 minutes until smooth, or desired texture achieved.
  2. If using frozen mango or your mango isn’t very juicy, you may need to add up to half a cup of liquid to help blend into a slushy texture.
  3. Pour into a glass with straws and spoons for the children to enjoy.
