
This is a super simple meatball recipe that has the familiar taste and smell of the typical Thanksgiving meal. They are so easy to make. Be sure to serve with mashed potatoes, gravy, and cranberry sauce. Do not over bake to keep from being dry.
You Will Need:
2 Pounds Ground Turkey
1 (120 g) Box Stove Top Stuffing
1 Cup Dry Cranberries
Sides:
Gravy
Mashed Potatoes
Cranberry Sauce
What to Do:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Chop the dried cranberries.
- In a bowl combine the ground turkey, Stove Top Stuffing, and dried cranberries.
- Shape the meat into 2-inch meatballs.
- Add the meatballs to the parchment lined baking sheet, leaving 1-inch between each meatball.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Do not over bake or they will be dry.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, a side of gravy, and cranberry sauce.
