
This is a refreshing snack on a hot day for kids. I simply use Greek yogurt and frozen berries to make this easy, high protein snack for kids. Use any yogurt and frozen fruit the kids like.
You Will Need:
2 Cups Vanilla Greek Yogurt
2 Cups Frozen Berries
Splash of Milk (optional)
What to Do:
1. Add yogurt and frozen berries to blender.
2. Blend and stop and scrape down sides of blender with spatulas until well blended. If smoothie is too thick, add a splash of milk.
3. Once well blended pour into glasses and serve with a straw and spoon.
