Black Glue and Water Color Painting

Just mix white or clear glue with black acrylic paint or buy black glue paint to make fun water coloring paintings with the kids. Trace the templates we used of a rose, a butterfly, or a rainbow with black glue or make your own drawing. Then have the kids use water color to finish the paintings. It is super easy to make black glue paint but you can use black oil pastels.

You Will Need:

Heavyweight Paper
Black Glue Paint Templates
Printer
White or Clear Glue
Black Acrylic Paint
Watercolor Paint
Paint Brushes
Water

What to Do:

1. Protect the work surface.

2. Print black glue paint templates such as rose, butterfly, or a rainbow onto heavyweight paper.

3. Add a squirt of black acrylic paint to a bottle of white or clear glue and shake well. Or, just buy some premixed black glue paint.

4. Squeeze the black glue paint onto the templates or draw your own picture. Allow to dry.

5. Once the glue paint is dry allow the kids to use water color to paint the pictures.

6. Allow to dry.
