Valentine Dark Chocolate Pretzels

Kids love Valentine’s Day and making treats for the holiday! You can use milk chocolate or white chocolate instead of dark chocolate for these Valentine’s Day treats if you prefer. For the best results, use the highest quality of chocolate chips.

You Will Need:

2 Bags Dark Chocolate Chips
1 Bag Twisted Pretzels Bag
Valentine-Colored Nonpareils or Sprinkles

What to Do:

1. Melt chocolate in double boiler over medium heat on stove top.

2. Using tongs, or your fingers, quickly dip pretzels in chocolate allowing the excess to run off.

3. Place half of the chocolate covered pretzel into a cup of nonpareils or sprinkles.

4. Place the pretzels on waxed paper.

5. Allow the chocolate to harden. You can refrigerate them for 20 minutes to speed this process up.

6. Once hardened, remove from waxed paper and store in a cool location, with waxed paper between layers of the pretzels.
