This tie dye coffee filter Valentine’s project is easy and inexpensive. Children love to watch the colors move and change as they spray the coffee filters with water.
You Will Need:
Coffee Filters
Washable Markers
Scissors
Spray Bottle with Water
What to Do:
1. Protect the work surface because you will be using water.
2. Flatten the coffee filter. Fold the filter in half. Cut out large hearts from the filter.
3. Open the hearts and let the kids color them with markers.
4. Let the little ones lightly spray the paper with water and watch the colors blend.
5. Once dry they can be glued onto paper to make Valentine’s Day cards or displayed in windows.
