Handmade Christmas Tree Cards

Children love making holiday cards and their friends and family love receiving the personalized cards as well. A 7-year-old girl and I simply cut triangles from white paper to make a tree shape on holiday colored card stock paper for her Christmas cards.

I may make a small profit when visitors purchase items using the affiliate links within this blog post and on my storefront.

You Will Need:

Patterned Holiday Card Stock Paper
Solid Color Card Stock Paper
Glue Stick and White Glue
Envelopes
Safety Scissors
Paper Cutter

What to Do:

1. Fold Patterned Holiday Card Stock Paper in half to make a card. You may want to trim the paper with a Paper Cutter of the card is too large.

2. Cut triangles out of Solid Color Card Stock Paper to make a tree. Cut a small rectangle from paper to make a tree trunk. Cut a large square from white paper to write a message on for the inside of the card.

3. Paste the triangles and rectangle to the cover of the card and let dry.

4. Paste a white square to the inside of the card and allow to dry before writing a message in the card.

5. Place the card in the envelope. Address the envelope.
