Parmesan Crisps

The children in my care loves parmesan cheese. She loved it on pasta, sandwiches, soups, and salads. These parmesan crisps make an amazing appetizer or snack but my Nanny Kids love them on top of their soups and salads.

You will Need:

1 cup to 2 cups of shredded Parmesan cheese

What to Do:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Place a heaping tablespoon of Parmesan onto a silicone or parchment lined baking sheet and lightly pat down.

3. Repeat with the remaining cheese, spacing the spoonfuls about a 1/2 inch apart.

4. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden and crisp.

5. Remove with a metal spatula and place on paper towels.
