Mother’s Day Flower Craft

Creative Wednesdays

I like assisting my Nanny Kids in making Mother’s Day cards or gifts for their Mothers each year. This year one of my Nanny Kids wanted to use her pretty craft paper scraps to make pretty flowers for her mother. Here’s how we made this paper Mother’s Day Flower Craft.

You Will Need:

Green Paper
Scrapbooking Paper
Scissor
Stapler
Glue

What to Do:

1. Fold in half one piece of green paper the long way.

2. Cut narrow strips across the sheet, but not all the way through.

3. Roll up the paper and staple it shut.

4. Cut out five flowers from different colored paper (see photo). Cut out different colored dots to paste to the center of each flower.

5. Glue five flowers to the green paper stems.
