These sheet pancakes from BuzzFeed save time when you are making breakfast the morning after a sleep over for a whole bunch of kids. Visit the BuzzFeed website to see specific recipes for Stawberry Shortcake pancakes, Blueberry Peach pancakes, Banana Chocolate pancakes, and Mixed Berry pancakes. We just added chocolate chips to ours and served it with syrup and whipped cream. The basic recipe is below:

You Will Need:

4 cups pancake mix
4 eggs
2 cups milk
(fruit, cream cheese and|or chololate chip add-ins)

What to Do:

1. Preheat oven to 425 F
2. Mix pancake mix, milk and eggs until combined.
3. Pour batter onto a parchment-lines baking sheet ans spread to the edges.
4. Place berries, fruit, cream cheese, or chips onto top of batter.
5. Bake for 15 minutes, or golden brown.
6. Cut into squares and serve immediately, or freeze up to one month. To reheat, place on a microwave-safe plate and heat for 20 seconds per pancake on the plate.
