Drizzled Peanut Butter on Bananas and Apples
One of the most important job responsibilities a nanny has is to feed the children nutritious food. All of my charges (from toddler to teen) love protein-packed peanut butter on just about anything.
You certainly don’t have to heat up the peanut butter to serve it on fruit, raw veggies, or multi-grain crackers but it sure does make a nice presentation, especially in the winter months.
For an easy and healthy treat, I simply heat up a few tablespoons of peanut butter in the microwave for 10 seconds. Then I drizzle the melted peanut better on chopped up apples and sliced banana.
