Review of Our Favorite Front Baby Carrier

BabyBjorn Original

Consumer Reports recommends BABYBJÖRN Baby Carrier Originalas the best front baby carrier. We love this baby carrier because it is easy to put on, simple to adjust, lightweight, comfortable to wear, and folds up small to fit in a diaper bag when not in use. Children can face inward or outward. The straps are wide and offer support and strength. We love that it’s easy to take the baby out of and it’s easy to clean. And parents boast of the quality and durability of the BABYBJÖRN Baby Carrier Original.

  1. The father I work for uses this all the time and he loves it. He highly recommends it. I typically use the stroller but they used it at Disney and was a back saver he says!

  2. It's great when you have more than one child to watch. I have a newborn and a toddler so having my hands free is important. Highly recommend it.

  3. Sorry to be negative but I find it very complicated to use. Other carriers (like wraps) are easier. If you can figure this out it is durable.

  4. I too don't like this one-due to the fact it's difficult to fit correctly- and it was not all that comfortable.I think the size of the person doing the baby wearing plays a big role into which carrier is best.If you are short with short arms and a large bust- it is hard to find one that is comfortable. But you do get what you pay for-so go with one that is cushioned as it will be more comfortable. and put less strain on your back/shoulder when you stand/walk.
