I found this cute and simple standing bunny craft on webdelmaesteo web site. I used the photo to make a template on colorful heavyweight paper and let the children decorate the bunnies as they wish.
You Will Need:
Bunny Template (see below)
Heavyweight Paper
Pencil
Scissor
Markers and Gel Pens
White Glue
Paper Clips
Pom Poms

What to Do:
1. Print out template above.
2. Fold heavyweight paper in half.
3. Line up the bunny head and the bunny body on the folded paper with the dotted line along the folded edge of the paper.
4. Trace the head and body only the paper.
5. Cut out the shape.
6. Allow the children to decorate the body and head off the bunnies. If gluing decorations, (like a pom pom for the tail), allow them to dry before gluing the bunny together.
7. Fold the belly flaps over one another and use white glue to attach them. Use a paper clip to keep the flaps attached until it dries.
8. Attach the head, using white glue and paper clips to keep head in place until dry.
