This is a free, printable Valentine for kids that they can wear from the Lovely Indeed web site. I printed the template onto card stock paper then traced them onto glitter paper as well. I used orange and pink cellophane sheets for the lenses.
You Will Need:
Heart Glasses Template
Card Stock
Glitter Paper (optional)
Scissors
Tape
Cellophane Sheets
What to Do:
1. Download the Heart Glasses Template and print them. Cut out all three pieces.
2. Fold in the small tabs on either side of the heart glasses. Try to fold them so that they create a nice, straight crease and they’re folded at a 90 degree angle.
3. Use a small piece of clear tape to attach the arms to the tabs on either side of the glasses. Wrap the tape around the arm and the tab, holding them carefully together and smoothing down the tape.
4. Cut small pieces of cellophane sheets into a heart shape that fits behind the opening of the sunglasses with a little room to spare on all sides. Affix the cellophane sheet to the back is the glasses.
