For last few years I have been cutting out 3-D crafts for the children in my care from cardboard found in their recycling bins. I found this amazing winter wonderland idea from the Mr Printables web site.
Although the child who decorated this project only wanted to decorate the trees with green paint, one star with yellow paint, white paint for the animals, and use a minimal amount of markers for the animals I can’t wait to let the kids I babysit to use paint, pastels, and markers to decorate the winter wonderland cardboard animals even more.
You Will Need:
Templates from Mr Printables and Photo Below
Cardboard
Pencils
Scissors
X-Acto Knife
Paint, Pastels, and/or Markers
Yarn for Sled

What to Do:
1. Print out templates from Mr Printables.
2. Trace them onto cardboard.
3. Using scissors and an X-Acto Knife cut out the animals and tree from the cardboard.
4. Have the kids decorate them with paint, pastels, and/or markers.
